Bring sugar water or fruit juice to a boil, then incorporate the plain jelly cake powder, stirring until fully combined. Brown Sugar Jelly Cake Recipe:
1. Mix 100g of Jelly Cake powder with 100g of cold water until fully combined. Set aside. 2. Bring 600cc of water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add the prepared Jelly Cake mixture from step 1 and stir until it thickens. Then, add 100g of brown sugar and mix well. (You can also use raw cane sugar or fruit concentrate as alternatives.) Let it cool, then refrigerate for storage.
